According to the work arrangements of the Wuhan University Han De Pei Law Foundation and the Han De Pei Law Award Organizing Committee, the selection activity for the third Han De Pei Law Award will be organized this year. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1、 Award scope
Teachers of ordinary higher education institutions in mainland China, researchers from legal research institutions, legal workers from national legislative, administrative, and judicial organs, and legal workers from social legal service institutions can apply for the Han Depei Law Award.
The recommended recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award shall not be less than 60 years old; The applicant for the Youth Original Award shall not be over 45 years old at the time of publication of the results.
2、 Award setting and reward amount
The third Handelberg Law Award has two lifetime achievement awards, each with a prize of 200000 yuan; There are 8 Youth Original Awards, each with a prize of 50000 yuan.
3、 Declaration method and requirements
The Lifetime Achievement Award is recommended. The recommendation form shall be filled out by the recommender invited by the organizing committee and signed by the recommender to be valid. The recommendation form can be downloaded from the website of the Institute of International Law at Wuhan University at www.translat.who.adu.cn.
The Youth Original Award adopts an individual declaration method. The application review form must be truthfully filled out and signed by the applicant to be valid. The application review form can be downloaded from the website of the Institute of International Law at Wuhan University at www.translat.who.adu.cn.
4、 Application materials
The application materials include the application review form or recommendation form, a copy of the applicant's or recommended person's ID card, representative academic achievements, and other relevant certificates.
Send the electronic version of the application review form or recommendation form to the designated email address（ hdplf@whu.edu.cn ）The email is named after the category of the award and the name of the applicant; The paper materials for the recommendation form and application review form shall be printed and bound on both sides of A4 paper in 10 copies (with at least one original representative achievement), and mailed to the office of the evaluation committee. The deadline for paper materials is April 30, 2023, and expired materials shall not be accepted (subject to the postmark).
After the award evaluation is completed, regardless of whether the application results are awarded or not, all application materials will not be returned.
5、 Schedule
In March 2023, a selection announcement was issued.
In June 2023, the communication review was completed.
In August 2023, a review meeting will be held.
In October 2023, the third Handelberg Law Award Presentation Conference and Winner Forum will be held.
